The combination of the Spellbinders clubs is such a great choice because it allows you to get even more out of the products—whether you mix them with other club items or with supplies from different brands. As you probably know by now, I love combining products released in the same month, and this May is no exception!

La combinación de los clubes de Spellbinders es todo un acierto, ya que permite sacar aún más partido a los productos, tanto si los usamos entre sí como si los combinamos con otros materiales, ya sean de la misma compañía o de otras marcas. Como ya es costumbre en mí, me encanta mezclar los productos lanzados en el mismo mes, ¡y mayo no iba a ser la excepción!

This time, I decided to mix the Stamp & Die Club with the BetterPress Club. Keep in mind that to use the BetterPress Club, you’ll need the BetterPress machine. Also, these BetterPress plates are compatible with the Glimmer Hot Foil System if you prefer that foiled effect (just note that Glimmer plates are not compatible with the BetterPress machine).
En esta ocasión, me he decantado por combinar el Club de Sellos y Troqueles con el de BetterPress. Recuerden que para utilizar el club de BetterPress es imprescindible tener la máquina BetterPress. Además, estas placas también son compatibles con la Glimmer Hot Foil System, por si prefieren el efecto metalizado (foiling), aunque es importante tener en cuenta que las placas de Glimmer no son compatibles con la BetterPress.

This card was one of the most fun projects I worked on this month—especially when it came to choosing the colors! First, I stamped the images (the crayons) from the Stamp Club and then die-cut them using the coordinating dies included in the Stamp & Die Club. I used various Hero Arts inks. I stamped the little hands and faces on the crayons after die-cutting them for better alignment and precision.
Esta ha sido una de las tarjetas con las que más me he divertido este mes, especialmente durante la búsqueda de combinaciones de colores. Primero estampé las imágenes (los crayones) que vinieron en el Club de Sellos y luego las troquelé con el troquel coordinado que también viene incluido. Utilicé varias tintas de Hero Arts. Para lograr mayor precisión, estampé las manitas y caritas de los crayones una vez troquelados, lo que me permitió alinearlas mejor.

Next, I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock using black ink and die-cut it—yes, the sentiment dies come with the club too! I also heat-embossed one of the phrases using white embossing powder for an extra touch.
Luego estampé la frase sobre cartulina blanca con tinta negra y la troquelé... ¡sí, el club sellos y troqueles también incluyen troqueles para las frases! Una de las expresiones la embosé con polvos blancos para darle un toque especial.
For the black background, I went with a very simple technique using the BetterPress Club plate—but without ink. This creates a beautiful debossed impression of the plate. I added the images and sentiments, and voilà! A card ready to give away. What do you think?
Para el fondo negro, opté por una técnica sencilla pero efectiva: usé la placa del Club de BetterPress sin añadir tinta. De este modo, se consigue una impresión en relieve muy sutil y elegante. Finalmente, añadí las imágenes y las frases, ¡y tarjeta terminada! ¿Qué les ha parecido?
