Shaped Card + Glimmer Foil on Colored Cardstock and Vellum | Tarjeta con Forma + Glimmer Foil en Cartulina de Colores y en Vellum

Hello crafty people, 

For these two cards, the Glimmer Hot Foil System has been used. In addition, with the corresponding die with the glimmer plate, the card has been created in its shape and then the vellum base has been added to give an elegant touch to these cards. The vellum, like any cardstock, can be used with the glimmer, although it has to be a fairly heavy vellum, such as Hero Arts.

Para estas dos tarjetas, se ha utilizado la máquina para aplicar foil caliente, la Glimmer Hot Foil System. Además, con el troquel correspondiente con la placa de glimmer se ha creado la tarjeta en su forma para luego añadir la base de vellum para que dé un toque elegante a estas tarjetas. El vellum como cualquier cartulina se puede utilizar con la glimmer aunque ha de ser un vellum con bastante gramaje, como el de Hero Arts.

The difference between these two cards is the cardstock chosen, as it is the basis for the colors we want to achieve. The inks applied on each card, even if they are the same as in this case, change their pigmentation due to the color of the card underneath. For this reason, the colors of the card with brown cardboard stand out more than those of the yellow cardboard, which does not contrast so much as it is a brighter color.

La diferencia entre estas dos tarjetas es la cartulina escogida ya que es la base de los colores que queramos conseguir. Las tintas aplicadas en cada cartulina, aunque sean las mismas como en este caso, cambian su pigmentación debido al color de la cartulina debajo. Por esta razón, los colores de la tarjeta con cartulina marrón destacan más que en la cartulina amarilla que no contrasta tanto ya que es  un color más brillante.
