¡Hola a todos! Soy Cha. Hoy estoy en el blog A Blog Named Hero para mostrarles la tarjeta para este reto que terminará en unos pocos días. Les animo a que publiquen sus tarjetas con temática de naturaleza para... ¡ganar algunos premios! ¡Buena suerte!
For this card, I used an acrylic block in order to stamp images from the Tropical Flowers stamp set on the background here and there. I stamped the images with Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and used white cardstock. Then, I masked the center of the card using one of the dies from the Rectangle Infinity Dies set.
Para esta tarjeta, utilicé una base de metacrilato para estampar las imágenes del set de sellos Tropical Flowers en el fondo de la tarjeta aleatoriamente. Estampé las imágenes con la tinta de Hero Arts Intense Black Ink y cartulina para tarjetas blanca. Luego enmascaré el centro de la tarjeta utilizando uno de los troqueles del set de troqueles Rectangle Infinity Dies set.
For coloring the piece, I used Copics. I colored the whole piece except for the area just in the center of the card with the masking piece.
Para colorear la pieza utilicé los rotuladores de alcohol, Copics. Coloreé la pieza entera excepto el área justo en el centro de la tarjeta con el trozo de enmascarado.
I removed the masking piece and traced the lines for the rectangle in the center of the card, using a black pen and a ruler so that I could trace straight lines. I traced these lines several times to make them a little bit wider.
Quité la pieza de enmascarado del centro de la tarjeta y tracé las líneas para el rectángulo central del panel, utilizando un rotulador negro y una regla para trazar el rectángulo recto. Tracé estas líneas varias veces para hacerlas un poco más anchas.
I used one of the sentiment from the same stamp set (Tropical Flowers stamp set). As I wanted to heat embossed the sentiment, I used the mini MISTI to stamp the phrase twice even three times. I used black cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink after using an anti-static powder tool. Then, I added some White Embossing Powder and heat it with my heat tool*. I heat embossed the sentiment several times.
I cut the sentiment in one strip, and also, I cut the word "sweetest" separately.
Utilicé uno de las frases del mismo set de sellos (Tropical Flowers). Como quería repujar (heat embossing) la frase, utilicé la herramienta para estampar llamada mini MISTI para estampar la frase o sentimiento varias veces o, incluso, tres veces. Utilicé cartulina para tarjetería de color negro. Estampé la frase con la tinta Versamark después de utilizar la herramienta antiestática de polvo para evitar que los polvos de embossing se adhieran a otras partes. Más tarde añadí los Polvos de Embossing Blancos y los sequé con la Pistola de Calor o Embossing*. Repujé el sentimiento varias veces. Corté la frase en una tira, y también, corté la palabra "sweetest" por separado.
I adhered the panel to a white card base and glued the sentiment in the center just in the area that is no colored with foam squares.
Adherí el panel a una base de tarjeta blanca y pegué la frase en el centro de la tarjeta justo en el área que no está coloreada con cuadros adhesivos de espuma (foam squares).
I gave some highlights to the flowers using a White Gel Pen and added some small dots to the background with a Gold Gel Pen.
Dí algunos toques de luz a las flores utilizando un Rotulador de Gel Blanco y añadí algunos puntos pequeños en el fondo con un Rotulador de Gel Dorado.
To embellish this card, I added some shimmer to the flowers in the center. Also, I added some iridescent sequins to the background and two little hearts around the sentiment. What's more, I added dots in the center of the flowers with a Gold Gel Pen and the Mustard English NUVO Drops.
Para adornar esta tarjeta, añadí algo de brillo a las flores en el centro. También, añadí algunas lentejuelas iridiscentes en el fondo y dos corazones pequeños alrededor de la frase. Además, añadí algunos puntos en el centro de las flores con un Rotulador de Gel Dorado y puntos con relieve con el NUVO Drops Mustard English.

*For the USA, I highly recommend the Wagner heat tool from Hero Arts. I cannot use this tool because I live outside of the States and this tool cannot be used internationally due to the electrician requirements that are not the same for all the continents. No possible for use with outlet adapters neither.
I use Artemio heat gun (available in Europe only).
Para América, recomiendo la pistola de embossing de Hero Arts - Wagner. No puedo utilizar esta herramienta porque vivo fuera de los EEUU y es incompatible debido a los requisitos eléctricos que no son iguales para todos los continentes. Tampoco es posible utilizarse con un adaptador.
Utilizo la pistola de calor de Artemio (disponible solo para Europa)
