Hello there! It's me, Cha! This time I would like to show you how I cut this stamped flower from the stamp set "Florals Nasturtium" from Hero Arts with my electronic cutting machine - Silhouette. Why did I prefer cutting this stamp with the electronic machine? The reason is simple. This stamp comes with the die which does not cut the blank spaces between the leaves, so I decided to cut those areas too, using the Pixscan for my electronic cutting machine.

Para esta semana me gustaría enseñarles cómo corté esta imagen del set de sellos "Florals Nasturtium" de Hero Arts con mi máquina electrónica de corte - Silhouette. ¿Por qué he decidido cortar con una máquina electrónica en vez de utilizar la troqueladora? La razón es simple. Este sellos viene con el troquel el cual no corta los huecos entre las hojas y el tallo, por ello decidí que quería cortar esas áreas también y utilizando la Pixscan para la máquina de corte electrónica.
1. I stamped the image from the Hero Arts stamp set using my mini MISTI stamping tool. I cut this image with my electronic cutting machine - Silhouette. I placed the piece of cardstock with my stamped image on the Pixscan mat and took a photo. I transferred the photo to my computer. In Silhouette Studio, I selected my stamped image and decided those areas that I wanted to cut and, finally, I cut it. I colored the image with alcohol markers - ProMarkers.
1. Estampé la imagen del set de sellos de Hero Arts utilizando la herramienta de estampar mini MISTI. Corté la imagen con una máquina de corte electrónica - Silhouette. Posicioné la imagen en el tapete de la Pixscan y saqué una foto. Transferí la foto al ordenador. En el programa de ordenador Silhouette Studio seleccioné la imagen estampada y decidí qué partes de la imagen quería cortar y, finalmente, mandé a que cortara. Coloreé la imagen con rotuladores de alcohol - ProMarkers.
2. For the background, I picked a piece of YUPO paper to work with alcohol inks by Tim Holtz. I decided to use black pitch, snow fence, and pink sherbet. I blended the colors using a blending tool.
2. Para el fondo escogí papel YUPO que es un papel especial para colorear con tintas de alcohol de Tim Holtz. Decidí utilizar las tintas black pitch, snow fence y pink sherbet. Mezclé los coloreas utilizando un aplicador de tinta.
3. I glued the flower image to the background with some double-sided tape.
3. Pegué la imagen sobre el fondo con cinta adhesiva de doble cara.
4. I added some dots to the background using a silver gel pen. I also highlighted the stamped image with a white gel pen.
4. Añadí algunos puntos al fondo utilizando un rotulador de gel plateado. También resalté la imagen de la flor con un rotulador blanco.
5. For my sentiment, I used a previous Hero Arts kit - March 2018. I died cutting the phrase "thank you" on silver glitter cardstock and added it to my card with the quickie glue.
5. Para mmi frase utilicé un kit previo de Hero Arts - Marzo 2018. Troquelé la frase "thank you" sobre cartulina de purpurina plateada y lo añadí a la tarjeta con el rotulador de pegamento - quickie glue.
6. For finishing this card, I added some NUVO drops to the background, NUVO Jewel Drops (pale periwinkle) and NUVO drops (bubblegum blush and white).
6. Para finalizar esta tarjeta añadí algunos puntitos de decoración al fondo utilizando los NUVO Jewel Drops (pale periwinkle) y NUVO drops (bubblegum blush y white).

For the USA, I highly recommend the Wagner heat tool from Hero Arts. I cannot use this tool because I live outside of the States and this tool cannot be used internationally due to the electrician requirements that are not the same for all the continents. No possible for use with outlet adapters.
I use Artemio heat gun (available in Europe only).
Para América, recomiendo la pistola de embossing de Hero Arts - Wagner. No puedo utilizar esta herramienta porque vivo fuera de los EEUU y es incompatible debido a los requisitos eléctricos que no son iguales para todos los continentes. Tampoco es posible utilizarse con un adaptador.
Utilizo la pistola de calor de Artemio (disponible solo para Europa)
