Hello crafty people! It's me, Cha! Yesterday I talked about coloring the focal point of a card and non-coloring the other areas of the card. If you haven't seen this card, check it out HERE. Today I'm gonna show you how I also colored that area that is not part of the focal point. For creating this card, I used also the Karin Brushmarkers to color the background. Let's start!
¡Hola a todos! Soy Cha. Ayer hablé sobre colorear el foco de atención de una tarjeta y no colorear otras áreas de la tarjeta. Si no has visto esta tarjeta, mírala AQUÍ. Hoy voy a enseñarles como también coloreé esa área que no es parte del foco de atención. Para crear esta tarjeta, utilicé también los Rotuladores Acuarelables Karin Brushmarkers para colorear el fondo. ¡Comencemos!

——— https://ldli.co/e/x7qk2l [ HA ] The process is quite similar to the previous card that I created yesterday. I used the HA Forest Shapes Bold Prints. I put the Arches watercolor piece inside of the MISTI Stamping Tool and stamped the rubber stamp with HA Contour ink. Then, I used the HA Nesting Square Infinity Dies to die cut a square from Masking Paper. I used my Sizzix Big Shot but any that you have, it would work. I put the masking paper on top of the stamped background and removed the square from the center so that I could color this part that is the focal point of this card. I colored this area with colored Karin Brushmarkers - 253, 210, 281, 447, 297, 071, 269, 228, 377, 213, 030, 166, 283, 621, 051. When I finished coloring this part, I removed the masking paper and colored the rest of the background with greys colors - 160, 159, 158. So, the focal point was colored with blue, green, yellow, and teal colors, and the non-focal point was colored with grey and black colors.
El proceso es bastante similar a la tarjeta previa que creé ayer. Utilicé el sello de caucho HA Forest Shapes Bold Prints. Puse un trozo de papel de acuarela Arches dentro de la Herramienta de Estampación MISTI y estampé el sello de caucho con la tinta HA Contour ink. Luego, utilicé el set de troqueles cuadrados, HA Nesting Square Infinity Dies, para troquelar un cuadrado en un trozo de Papel de Enmascarar. Utilicé la Troqueladora Manual Big Shot pero cualquiera que tengas, funcionará. Puse el papel de enmascarar sobre el fondo estampado y quité el cuadrado de la parte central para así poder colorear esta parte que es el foco de atención de esta tarjeta. Coloreé esta parte con los rotuladores de Karin pero de colores - 253, 210, 281, 447, 297, 071, 269, 228, 377, 213, 030, 166, 283, 621, 051. Cuando terminé de colorear esta parte, quité el papel de enmascarar y coloreé el resto del fondo con colores grises - 160, 159, 158. Así que el foco central fue coloreado con colores azules, verdes, amarillos y turquesas y el resto de la tarjeta fue coloreado en tonos agrisados.
Later, I put the background inside of the MISTI Stamping Tool again and added some Anti-Static Powder Tool. I restamped the stamp with Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed with HA Ultra Fine Embossing Powder. I trimmed the card to a 4,00 by 5,25 inches.
Más tarde puse el fondo dentro de la Herramienta de Estampación MISTI nuevamente y añadí un poco de la Herramienta Antiestática de Polvo. Volví a estampar el sello con la tinta Versafine Onyx Black ink y embosé con los Polvos de Embossing Ultra Fine. Recorté la tarjeta a 4,00 por 5,25 pulgadas.
To create the sentiment, I used the HA Sending Love Mail stamp set. I picked the Mini MISTI Stamping Tool to stamp the sentiment on a piece of HA Pitch Black Premium Cardstock. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and heat embossed with HA White Embossing Powder. Then, I die cut this sentiment with the strip die that comes with the HA Bouquet Accessories Fancy Die. For die-cutting little pieces, I used the Sizzix Sidekick Mini Die Cutting Machine. I added the sentiment to the background with some foam strips.
Para crear el sentimiento, utilicé el set de sellos HA Sending Love Mail stamp set. Escogí la Mini MISTI Stamping Tool para estampar la frase en un trozo de cartulina negra, HA Pitch Black Premium Cardstock. Estampé el sentimiento con la tinta Versamark ink y embosé con Polvos de Embossing Blancos. Luego, troquelé esta frase con un troquel en tira del set de troqueles HA Bouquet Accesories Fancy Die. Para troquelar pequeñas piezas, utilicé la Troqueladora Mini Sidekick de Sizzix. Añadí la frase al fondo con cinta adhesiva de espuma.
A little dimension was given to this card using the NUVO drops - Blushing Red to some of the flowers of this landscape.
Añadí un poco de relieve a esta tarjeta con el NUVO drops - Blushing Red a algunas flores de este paisaje.
To finish off this card, I glued this panel to a black notecard that I cut and scored myself.
Para acabar esta tarjeta, Pegué este panel a una base de tarjeta de color negro que creé yo misma.
This is the card that I gave a different look focusing on partial coloring and, also, coloring the rest of the card that does not belong to the focal point, using non-vibrant colors but greys and black tones. Esta es la tarjeta a la que le dí una mirada diferente concentrandome en la coloreación parcial, y también, coloreando el resto de de la tarjeta que no formaba parte del foco central, utilizando colores no llamativos, sino tonos grises y negros.
