Hello friends! It's me, Cha! I'm at the Joy Clair Designs today sharing another card using some beautiful digital stamps. Digital stamps are cheaper than stamp sets that you can purchase in stores, or online shops, but you need a printer to create your project. Any printer would work to print these digital stamps, however, you must consider the options of your printer depending on the paper that you use. In my case, I use a laser printer that I got a long time ago and it's very useful because thanks to this kind of printer, I can also use foiling techniques.
¡Hola amigos! Soy Cha. Hoy estoy en el blog de Joy Clair Designs compartiendo una tarjeta utilizando unos sellos digitales muy bonitos. Los sellos digitales son más baratos que los set de sellos que compramos en tiendas físicas u online, pero necesitas una impresora para crear tu proyecto. Cualquier impresora funciona para imprimir estos sellos digitales, sin embargo, debes considerar las opciones de tu impresora dependiendo del papel que utilices. En mi caso, utilizo una impresora láser que compré hace ya algún tiempo y es muy útil porque gracias a este tipo de impresora, puedo utilizar técnicas de foiling.

For creating my card, I used a white cardstock piece and the 'Print & Cut' option from my electronic cutting machine, Silhouette Curio so that I could print first and then, cut the images. I used the beautiful cat from the Funny Moments Digital Stamp set and the sentiment from the Forever Moments Digital Stamp set. The cat was colored with Copic Sketch markers. I didn't do anything fancy here.
Para crear mi tarjeta, utilicé cartulina blanca y la opción "Print & Cut" ("Imprimir y Cortar") de mi máquina de corte electrónica, Silhouette Curio para poder imprimir primero y cortar las imágenes después. Utilicé el bonito gato del set de sellos digitales llamado Funny Moments y la frase del set de sello digital Forever Moments. Además, coloreé el gatito con los rotuladores Copic Sketch. No coloreé de manera profesional, ni llamativa.
Later, I used the foil the sentiment. As I said before, I have a laser printer, so this kind of printer allows me to use foil. I used a mint foil for the sentiment. The piece of foil was put facing up on top of the sentiment and was passed through the laminator several times.
Más tarde, utilicé foil en la frase. Como dije anteriormente, tengo una impresora láser, así que este tupo de impresoras permite la utilización de foil. Utilicé un foil color menta que lo puse hacia arriba sobre la frase y la pasé por la plastificadora o laminadora varias veces.
To create the background, I trimmed a piece of pattern paper that I had in my stash, measuring 4" by 5,25". I glued this piece on top of a fuchsia piece of cardstock and then, the whole piece was attached on a standard white card base.
Para crear el fondo, recorté un trozo de papel estampado que ya tenía entre mis materiales, midiendo 4 por 5,25 pulgadas. Pegué esta pieza sobre un trozo de cartulina de color fucshia, y entonces, pegué la pieza entera en una base de tarjeta blanca de tamaño estándar.
Finally, I added the image and the sentiment with some foam tape. To give a little interest to the cat, I added some adhesive to the flowers and the bow that the cat is wearing, with a glue pen, the Sakura Quickie Pen, and I added some glitter to them. The glitter could be fallen off, so I decided to add some Glossy Accents as a fixative. I also added a little bit of shimmer to the card with the NUVO Aqua Shimmer pen, and color the nose of the cat with the Sakura Black Glaze Pen.
Finalmente, añadí la imagen y la frase con cinta adhesiva de espuma. Para dar un poco de interés al gatito, añadí adhesivo a las flores y al lazo que el gato lleva puesto, con un rotulador de pegamento, el Sakura Quickie Pen, y añadí purpurina. Como no quería que la purpurina se cayera, añadí el adhesivo de relieve Glossy Accents como un fijador. Añadí un poquito más de brillo a la tarjeta utilizando el rotulador de brillo de NUVO, y coloreé la nariz del gatito con un rotulador de relieve, el Sakura Black Glaze Pen.
