Hello there! It's me, Cha! Today I'm up at Joy Clair Designs Blog to share with you some cards using foiling. I made two cards with striking colors and easy to make. I hope you like them.

As I'm using digital stamps, I've always used the 'Print&Cut' option from my Silhouette Curio that means that, first, the digital images were printed, and then, they were all cut electronically. I used the Modern Duets - Bundle I Digital Stamps I. Some of these images were printed on white cardstock and others in purple cardstock. Later, I foiled all the images and sentiments in Wild Cherry, Ocean Blue, and Gold.
Como estoy utilizando sellos digitales, siempre he utilizado la opción 'Print&Cut' ('Imprimir y Cortar') de la máquina de corte electrónica Silhouette Curio que significa que, primero, las imágenes digitales se imprimen y luego se cortan de manera electrónicamente. I made the backgrounds with alcohol inks using Pink Sherbet, Purple Twilight, and Gilded Alloy. As I was working with alcohol inks, I used Yupo paper. To blend the colors, I used the Air Blower and the Alcohol Blending Solution. Besides, I used the AirBrush Tool to create small splashes with different Copic Sketch Markers - 0, B69, RV06, V09.
Hice los fondos para esta tarjetas con las tintas de alcohol utilizando los colores Pink Sherbet, Purple Twilight y Gilded Alloy. Como estaba utilizando con las tintas de alcohol, utilicé papel Yupo. Para mezclar los colores, utilicé el soplador de aire y el Alcohol Blending Solution. Además, hice algunas salpicaduras con la herramienta de aire con diferentes rotuladores Copic Sketch - 0, B69, RV06, V09.
I trimmed the backgrounds to 4" by 5,25" and I started to design these two cards. It was so fun assembling both cards.
Recorté los fondos en 4 por 5,25 pulgadas y comencé a diseñar estas dos tarjetas. Fue muy divertido montar ambas tarjetas.
The first card that I assembled was the one with the blue leaf. I added one of the backgrounds that I created earlier on a nautical blue standard base card. Then, I added the leaf and the sentiment with foam tape.
La primera tarjeta que monté fue la que tiene una hoja de color azul. Añadí uno de los fondos que creé anteriormente en una base de tarjeta azul náutico. Entonces añadí la hoja y la frase con cinta de espuma adhesiva.
To create the second card, I glued some of the flowers and leaves with glue tape and others with foam tape. Besides, I added the sentiment with foam tape. Finally, I glued the card on top of a pink base card.
Para crear la segunda tarjeta, pegué algunas de las flores y hojas con cinta adhesiva y otras con cinta de espuma adhesiva. Además, añadí la frase con cinta adhesiva de espuma. Finalmente, pegué la tarjeta sobre una base de tarjeta rosa.
