Para la tarjeta de hoy, utilicé set de sellos veraniegos y navideños juntos - los set de sellos Color Layering Waves, Color Layering Sea and Sky y Color Layering Christmas Tree. Utilicé la herramienta para estampar sellos mini MISTI para realizar las estampaciones más precisas.
First, I used the Color Layering Waves stamp set. I used a piece of white cardstock on which I stamped the first layer from the set with Soft Sky Ink, the second layer with Summer Sky Ink and, the last layer with Deep Ocean Ink. I also stamped the first layer onto a piece of masking paper and masked that portion of the sea in order to color the top of the card (the sky) and the bottom of the card (the sand).
Primero, utilicé el set de sellos Color Layering Waves. Utilicé un trozo de cartulina blanca en el que estampé la primera capa del set con la tinta Soft Sky, la segunda capa con la tinta Summer Sky y, la última capa con la tinta Deep Ocean. También estampé la primera capa sobre un trozo de papel de enmascarar y enmascaré el área del mar para colorear la parte superior de la tarjeta (el cielo) y la parte inferior de la tarjeta (la arena).
For coloring the top part of the card, I die cut the Safari Sunset Fancy die on a piece of masking paper and added to the top part of the card. I started blending some Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink with an oval brush, then I blended some Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink and, I finished blending Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink. Then, I removed the masking paper and blended Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink slightly. I stamped some clouds from the Color Layering Sea and Sky Stamp set with some White Unicorn Pigment Ink. Besides, I stamped some flying birds and the sailboat in the horizon with Soft Brown Ink.
Para colorear la parte superior de la tarjeta, troquelé el troquel Safari Sunset Fancy die en papel de enmascarar y la añadí sobre la parte superior de la tarjeta. Comencé a mezclar la tinta Distress Oxide Scattered Straw con una brocha ovalada, luego mezclé la tinta Distress Oxide Squeezed Lemonade y, finalicé mezclando la tinta Distress Oxide Mustard Seed. Más tarde, quité el papel de enmascarar y mezclé la tinta Distress Oxide Squeezed Lemonade suavemente. Estampé algunas nubes del set de sellos Color Layering Sea and Sky con la tinta de pigmento White Unicorn Pigment Ink. Además, estampé algunos pájaros volando y un barco velero en el horizonte con la tinta Soft Brown Ink.
For coloring the bottom part of the card, I used some alcohol markers (Promarkers and Brushmarkers - Praliné, Cinnamon, Burnt Sienna, Cocoa). Also, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Color Layering Christmas Tree stamp set with Sand Embossing Powder at the bottom of the card. Previously, I used an anti-static powder tool to avoid the powder to adhere in other parts that I didn't want to. What's more, I stamped the starfish and the seashell from the Color Layering Sea and Sky Stamp Set with some orange and pink inks that I already had in my stash.
Para colorear la parte inferior de la tarjeta, utilicé algunos rotuladores a base de alcohol (ProMarkers y Brushmarkers - Praliné, Cinnamon, Brunt Sienna, Cocoa). También realicé la técnica de embossing caliente para estampar la frase que venía en el set de sellos Layering Christmas Tree con los polvos de embossing de arena (Sand Embossing Powder) en la parte inferior de la tarjeta. Anteriormente utilicé una herramienta de polvo antiestática para evitar que los polvos se adhieran en otras partes que no quería. Además, estampé la estrella de mar y la caracola del set de sellos Color Layering Sea and Sky con tintas naranjas y rosas que ya tenía entre mis materiales de tarjetería.
I stamped the image, the Christmas tree from the Layering Christmas Tree Stamp Set on another piece of white cardstock. I stamped the first layer with Green Apple Ink, the second and the third layer with Green Hills Ink, and the last layer with Forever Green Ink. I decided to stamp a star at the top of the tree with some Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Gold Glitter Embossing Powder. I cut around the tree with scissors although there are some frame cuts for this Christmas tree.
Estampé la imagen, el árbol de navidad del set de sellos Layering Christmas Tree sobre un trozo de cartulina blanca. Estampé la primera capa con la tinta Green Apple, la segunda capa y la tercera con la tinta Green Hills, y la última capa con la tinta Forever Green. Decidí estampar la estrella en la parte superior del árbol con la tinta Versamark y realicé embossing caliente con los polvos de embossing dorados con purpurina (Gold Glitter Embossing Powder). Recorté el árbol con unas tijeras aunque hay troqueles coordinados disponibles para este arbolito.
In order to mount this card, I added the Christmas tree in the center of the card, using some foam tape. At the bottom of the Christmas tree, I added the starfish and the seashell with some foam tape, too. Using an embossing pen, I colored the bottom of the Christmas Tree and the bottom of the seashell and the starfish and, heat embossed with Sand Embossing Powder. I added the whole panel on a top-folded white notecard.
Para montar esta tarjeta, añadí el árbol de navidad en el centro de la tarjeta, utilizando adhesivo de espuma. En la parte inferior, bajo al árbol de navidad, añadí la estrella de mar y la caracola con adhesivo de espuma también. Utilizando un rotulador para embossing, coloreé la parte inferior del árbol navideño y la parte inferior de la caracola y la estrella de mar y, realicé embossing caliente con los polvos de embossing de arena (Sand Embossing Powder). Añadí el panel a una base de tarjeta blanca.
For embellishing the card, I sprinkled some gold glitter to the Christmas tree with the Crystal Clear Lacquer Pen. Later, I die cut some circle-shaped adornments that I previously color with red reactive ink (Fruit Punch Reactive Ink). I glued the ornaments to the Christmas tree and added some Clear Lacquer Pen on top of each ornament. Finally, I added some shimmer to some elements of the card with a gold shimmer pen.
Para adornar la tarjeta, añadí purpurina dorada al árbol de navidad con el pegamento de relieve Crystal Clear Lacquer Pen. Más tarde, troquelé algunos adornos circulares que, previamente tinté con tinta roja reactiva (Fruit Punch Reactive Ink). Pegué estos adornos en el árbol de navidad y añadí algo de relieve a los adornos con el Clear Lacquer Pen. Finalmente, añadí algo de brillo a algunos elementos de la tarjeta utilizando un rotulador de brillo dorado.
