Flower Dies & Dimension

Hello there! It's Cha here. I'm going to talk about the process on how I created these cards with flower dies from the Sizzix starter kit.

First of all, I decided the patterned papers that I was going to use for the project. Then, I cut the watercolor paper with the flower dies to give some dimension to my card. So, I started creating the flowers gluing the pieces with different patterned papers. Also, I decided the paper for my background.

Secondly, I started mounting my card on my white card base ( 4" 1/2 by 6" 1/4) and I glued the background. On the watercolor paper, I added my sentiment with some embossing powder. Later, I decided to glue the watercolor paper (with the two flower holes) diagonally and cut some black strips to create some borders around the panel. I glued the watercolor paper and the strips on the card base and added the two flowers with foam glue dots on each hole.

Finally, I embellished my card with some gemstones, enamel dots and some shimmer on the petals.

Here is the video with another card that I made with the same process.

And that's all! Hoping you like it 🌝
