This is the last club I’m sharing with you this month, since I’ve already shown you all the ones I received (I don’t get them all, of course). This time it’s the Stitching Die Club. To be honest, this club wasn’t supposed to be part of my subscription, but there was a mix-up with the product selection on my account. No worries though! In the end, I’m glad it arrived because, even though stitching on paper isn’t my strongest skill, I think the design is really beautiful. In fact, I believe the card I made with it turned out quite nicely, and I hope you’ll like it too. Just a reminder: you still have time to get these products through subscription until August 27. After that date, you’ll have to wait until September 10 to purchase them, but only as individual products.

When using each piece from the Stitching Die Club, I first followed the instructions included in the packaging. They’re very clear, although I also gave you a quick look at them in the short videos I shared earlier on Instagram and YouTube. The boat in this set is the one designed for stitching, since it has little guide holes for threading with a needle. You can create boats in different paper colors and with different thread combinations. I decided to keep mine simple: white cardstock with white thread.
Al usar cada pieza del Club de Troquel de Cosido, me guié primero por las instrucciones incluidas en el packaging. Están muy claras, aunque yo también se las he mostrado brevemente en los videos cortos que he compartido en Instagram y YouTube. El barco incluido en este set es el que se puede coser, ya que trae los puntitos marcados para pasar hilo con aguja. Se pueden hacer barcos en distintos colores y combinaciones de hilos. Yo opté por mantenerlo sencillo: cartulina blanca con hilo blanco.

The club also includes a standard wavy border die, perfect for creating the sea and building scenes. In addition, there are decorations for the boat, such as a flag, banners, and little stars to make a night sky. Here’s how I put it together: I placed black cardstock at the top to simulate the sky at night, added several wavy borders in different shades of blue for the ocean effect, then attached the boat, and at the bottom, I layered more waves with foam tape for dimension.
El club también trae un troquel estándar con borde ondeado, ideal para simular el mar y crear escenas. Además, incluye decoraciones para el barco, como una bandera, banderines y estrellitas para un cielo nocturno. Así fue como lo armé: coloqué una cartulina negra en la parte superior para simular el cielo, añadí varios bordes ondeados en diferentes tonos de azul para dar efecto al mar, luego pegué el barco y, en el borde inferior, coloqué más mar simulado con cinta de relieve.

To finish, I added the sentiment that comes with the club, the little stars in the sky, and some shimmer to make it pop against the blue tones and the white boat. On the flag, I placed a small heart and filled it with dimensional glue.
Para terminar, añadí la frase que trae el club, las estrellitas en el cielo y un poco de brillo para resaltar sobre los tonos azules y el blanco del barco. En la bandera puse un corazón que rellené con pegamento de relieve.
