Hello there! It's me, Cha! For my today's project, I'm going to share with you two cards with the same techniques but different in colors - in warm and cold colors. I think these windows cards are my favorites! I used heat embossed over foiling and, also, I created a stained glass with NUVO Jewel drops for the inside of the card. Pienso que estas tarjetas con ventana son mis preferidas de las que he hecho hasta ahora. Utilicé diferentes técnicas en tarjetería como embossing en caliente o repujado sobre la aplicación de foil y, también creé una vidriera utilizando los NUVO Jewel drops para el interior de la tarjeta. ¡Quédense conmigo para leer sobre cómo realicé esta tarjeta!

1. I used the Color Layering Rose stamp set from Hero Arts to create the image for this card. First, I stamped the solid pieces of this set, meaning the first layer for the rose and the leaves, with Versamark ink. Then, I added some sticky embossing powder and heat set it. Next, I applied some foil (mint and red) and passed through a laminator several times. I removed the foil. For finishing these images, I stamped the last stamp layer of these roses and the leaves with Versamark ink again but, this time, I added some gold embossing powder and dried the powder with my heat tool. I cut around the images.
1. Utilicé el set de sellos de Hero Arts, Color Layering Rose stamp para crear la imagen principal para esta tarjeta. Primero, estampé los sellos más sólidos, es decir, la primera capa para la rosa y las hojas, con la tinta Versamark. Después añadí los polvos de embossing sticky y los sequé con la pistola de calor. Luego, apliqué el foil en color menta y rojo y la pasé por la plastificadora o laminadora varias veces. Quité el foil de las imágenes. Para terminar con las imágenes, estampé la última capa de sello de la rosa y las hojas, utilizando nuevamente la tinta Versamark, pero esta vez, añadí polvos de embossing dorados (gold) y los sequé con la pistola de embossing.
2. I stamped the irregular grid bold print cling stamp (discontinued) from Hero Arts on white cardstock with Versamark ink and added some gold embossing powder. I heat set it. I also corrected some imperfections with the Versamark pen. I die cut a circle with this pattern using the Sizzix stitched circles. I also die cut the front of my card with the same circle size so that I can fit the circle inside of the card. I inserted the circle inside the card and added a glitter strip around the front gap of the front of the card.
2. Estampé el sello de caucho de Hero Arts, irregular grid bold print (ya no se fabrica) en cartulina blanca con la tinta Versamark, añadí polvos de embossing dorados (gold) y los sequé con la pistola de calor. Corregí algunas imperfecciones del repujado utilizando el rotulador para embossing. Troquelé un círculo de este patrón utilizando el set de troqueles Sizzix stitched circles. También troquelé la parte frontal de la tarjeta utilizando el mismo troquel para que así cupiera en el interior de la tarjeta. Inserté el círculo con el patrón que hice previamente en el interior y añadí una tira de purpurina alrededor del hueco de la parte frontal de la tarjeta.
3. I assembled the image - the rose and the leaves, and I added the whole image at the bottom part of my card with a strong liquid adhesive.
3. Uní la imagen - la rosa y las hojas, y añadí la pieza completa en la parte inferior de la tarjeta utilizando un adhesivo líquido.
4. I die cut the word "hello" on gold mirror cardstock and white cardstock. I stacked all the pieces together and glued on top of the card.
4. Troquelé la palabra "hello" en cartulina de espejo dorada y en cartulina blanca. Apilé todas las piezas y pegué la pieza entera en la parte frontal de la tarjeta.
5. Finally, I opened my card and started to fill each little irregular space from the grid with NUVO Jewel drops. When I was done with that, I added some gold glitter on top and left aside to dry overnight.
5. Finalmente, abrí mi tarjeta y comencé a rellenar cara espacio irregular de la cuadrícula con los NUVO Jewel Drops. Cuando acabé, esparcí purpurina dorada y dejé que se secara durante la noche.
I also created another card with cold colors. However, I used COLIRO pearl watercolors (ocean palette) to create my image instead of using foil. Also, I used some Stickles from Ranger and Ranger Enamel Accents instead of just using NUVO drops.
También creé otra tarjeta con colores fríos. Sin embargo, utilicé las acuarelas perladas de COLIRO (la paleta Ocean) para crear la imagen en vez de utilizar foil. También utilicé pegamento de purpurina Stickles de Ranger y los Enamel Accents de Ranger en vez de solo utilizar los NUVO drops.
