More die-cut pieces with Adhesive | Más piezas troqueladas con Adhesivo

Hello crafty friends,

In a few days, it will be Christmas and I wanted to show you this last card I made with the leftover adhesive pieces that I die-cut a few weeks ago to make a card with the tiniest dies from a die set. In this card, I used the bigger dies, that is, the bigger gnome which is very pretty.

En unos días ya es Navidad y quería enseñarles esta última tarjeta que hice con las piezas sobrantes con adhesivo que troquelé hace unas semanas para realizar una tarjeta con los troqueles más diminutos de un set de troqueles. En esta tarjeta, utilicé los troqueles de mayor tamaño, es decir, el gnomo mayor que es muy bonito.

The die set used is the Gnome Hugs Etched Dies from Spellbinders and the same procedure as the previous card was used, die-cutting on 80lb white cardstock and gluing onto a sheet of double-sided adhesive to make it easier to adhere each of the pieces.

El set de troqueles utilizado es el Gnome Hugs Etched Dies de Spellbinders y se realizó el mismo procedimiento que la tarjeta anterior realizada, troquelando en cartulina blanca de 80lb y pegada sobre una hoja de adhesivo a doble cara para poder adherir cada una de las piezas más fácilmente. 

For this card, we only colored the main piece, i.e. the gnome. For this, Distress Inks were used to color the hat and clothing (Abandoned Coral + Barn Door), the face and hands (Tattered Rose), and the boots (Vintage Photo + Ground Espresso). The decorative pieces, such as the snowflakes and the occasional decoration for the hat and boots, were die-cut on silver glitter cardboard.

Para esta tarjeta, solo coloreamos la pieza principal, es decir, el gnomo. Para ello, se utilizaron unas tintas Distress Inks  para colorear el gorro y la vestimenta (Abandoned Coral + Barn Door), la carita y las manos (Tattered Rose) y las botas (Vintage Photo + Ground Espresso). Las piezas decorativas tales como los copos de nieve y alguna que otra decoración para el gorro y las botas, fueron troqueladas sobre cartulina de purpurina plateada. 

To highlight the main piece, we chose a light blue cardstock (Mist by Hero Arts) for the background to highlight the main image with the predominant colors of red, pink, and white. Later we added some touches with glitter glue and some clay pieces in the shape of snowflakes to finish this card.

Para resaltar la pieza principal, escogimos una cartulina azul claro (Mist de Hero Arts) para el fondo para destacar la imagen principal con los colores predominantes del rojo, rosa y blanco. Más tarde se les añadió algunos toques con pegamento de purpurina y algunas piezas de arcilla en forma de copos de nieve para terminar esta tarjeta. 

It is a very pretty card and very easy to make. You really enjoy gluing each piece with the adhesive already included in each piece and it saves time adding the liquid glue. I hope you like it.

Es una tarjeta muy bonita y muy fácil de hacer. Se disfruta mucho cuando pegas cada pieza con el adhesivo ya incluido en cada pieza y se ahorra tiempo en estar añadiendo el pegamento líquido. Espero que les haya gustado.
